Service Description
These 4 Sessions are where we introduce you to the fundamentals of CrossFit. These must be completed before joining the main group classes. Over the beginners course you will learn the principles of methodology, how we break down and teach technical movements, how to set up workouts for each individual in the group and experience different workout styles and equipment you will us in the classes. To get the best possible start to your CrossFit Journey this offer also includes a month of unlimited group sessions . This month will be active from the date you complete your final beginners class. Cancellations must be a minimum of an hour before the session starts to give someone else the opportunity to take your place.
