My name is Amy, I co own CrossFit SY1 with my partner, I have a private studio where I offer fully private personal training sessions. These can be one to one or you can share the fun with a friend or partner! Whether your looking to lose weight, get fit,improve general health or just have fun, personal training is a great way to smash your goals. I also offer online personal programs with online support, these are fully bespoke for you and your needs at less than half the price of personal training per session.

1. Motivation - Setting goals and creating a plan will help you track your achievements and success. I program your sessions specifically around your goals while ensuring there is variety and fun so you never get bored of the same old routine.
2. Consistency and accountability - As your trainer I will encourage you to be consistent with your training and ensure you move with correct form, as well as providing you with support through any challenges.
3. Confidence - The gym can be an intimidating, I will help you navigate the environment while teaching you how to safely, correctly and confidently use the facilities and equipment. I also have a private studio where you can relax with your workout. With the goals you set you will be able to see how much you have achieved which can help boost confidence.
I also offer CrossFit specific 1-2-1 sessions if you want to brush up on your gymnastic, barbell or metabolic conditioning skills.
