CrossFit Kids and Teens

Broad inclusive general FUN using the principles of CrossFit - mechanics, consistency then intensity.


CrossFit kids focuses on fun while ensuring good movement patterns which transfer to other sports and physical pursuits resulting in fewer injuries for kids. CrossFit kids is a fun alternative to exercise, the fun element keeps them engaged and with no class the same the variety retains their enthusiasm. Exercise is hugely beneficial to children as it improves cognitive function which can have a positive impact on academic achievement. CrossFit kids delivers these benefits in a fun community environment building on those all important social skills and promoting life long health from childhood to adulthood.


With the growing epidemic of childhood obesity it has never been more important to educate children in the importance of fitness and health. Exercising with their peers can build confidence, social skills and body control awareness whilst working on superior motor patterns that will stand the test of time.


Times and Cost

CrossFit Kids – ages 5-12

New intake every half term £25 in advance

to sign up contact us, limited spaces

Friday at 4pm 

CrossFit Teens – ages 12-18

Tuesday 7.30pm-8.30pm

Saturday 9.00am-10.00am

Class will be 60 mins £7.00 per session
