Beginner CrossFit Sessions

Service Description

There are 4 beginner sessions to complete before moving to the main group sessions. When you arrive please park on the road and wait outside to be collected by a coach. Cancellations must be a minimum of an hour before the session starts to give someone else the opportunity to take your place.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least one hour before the class starts so we can offer your place to a waiting member. If you can’t cancel via the app please login via the website. If you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy more than 3 times for the same time slot you will be temporarily blocked for 4 week for booking that time slot.
